Peachy ("we", "our", or "the app") is an ADHD-friendly cleaning companion available on iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and what we deliberately do not collect.
Privacy-First Design
Peachy works without an account. Your before/after gallery and scan sessions live on your device. Photos are processed by AI to generate cleaning micro-tasks, then discarded — they are not stored on our servers, and we do not use them to train models.
Photo Processing
When you scan a messy space with Peachy:
- Photos are sent to an AI vision service to generate a list of micro-tasks tailored to what's in the scene.
- Photos are not stored permanently on our servers — they are processed in real time and discarded after the task list is returned.
- We do not use your photos to train AI models.
- No facial recognition or identification is performed.
Local Data
The following data is stored on your device only, and never uploaded to our servers:
- Your before/after photo gallery
- Scan sessions and the state of each task (done / not done)
- Any tags you create (Kitchen, Desk, etc.)
- App preferences and onboarding state
This data is deleted when you uninstall Peachy. Device backups (iCloud Backup) include Peachy's data if you have backups enabled — check your iOS settings if you want to exclude it.
Anonymous Analytics
Peachy uses PostHog for anonymous product analytics. A random, device-local identifier is used — there is no name, email, or other personal information tied to it. Analytics help us understand which features are used and where the app is getting stuck, so we can improve it. We do not sell analytics data to third parties.
Subscriptions
Peachy Kleen subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat on our behalf. RevenueCat receives a random subscriber ID (the same device-local identifier used for analytics) and purchase metadata — no personal information.
- Apple / App Store handles payment, billing, and receipt validation in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
- RevenueCat (subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy) tracks subscription status so the app knows whether your subscription is active across reinstalls and devices.
We do not receive your name, email, payment details, or Apple ID.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not require an account, email, or phone number.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not access your Photos library (Peachy only uses the camera for scans you initiate).
- We do not use advertising networks, and we do not sell your data.
Children's Privacy
Peachy is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children. All identifiers are random device-local IDs with no personal data attached. We recommend parental guidance for users under 13.
Your Rights
Because your gallery and sessions are local to your device, you have direct control over all of your Peachy data. Uninstalling the app removes it. You can revoke camera access at any time in Settings → Peachy → Camera.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Compliance
Peachy is designed to comply with privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA. Our local-first architecture means no personal data is collected or stored on our servers.
